Let it snow, Let it snow

Its been snowing for the past couple of days. I am starting to enjoy the snow since i am from florida and its really different for me. it remembers me of Christmas so thats a good thing!

Pumpkin Cake

For Thanksgiving i made a pumpkin cake for dessert. It turned out pretty good and i was proud of myself. It tasted like pumpkin and it looked like pumpkin so i will call it a success! =D

We had a really good Thanksgiving this year. I made Honey Glazed Ham, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Green bean Casserole, Pumpkin Cake and some Sweet tea.  Hope everyone else had a good Thanksgiving as well.

Romantic Dinner for Two

 I decided to write Rusty a letter and ask him if he would like to have dinner with me tonight. ( the things we do because of love)  and he said Yes  =D    so i put a blanket on the floor in front of the fire place and cooked spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, lemon bars, and sweet tea. Our first romantic dinner in front of the fire place.

Pumpkin Time

Fall is my second favorite season!  I enjoy the smell of pumpkin pie baking in the oven and hot apple cider.  Fall is a cozy season for me.  I really enjoy being thankful for everything that i have in my life and eatting turkey, green bean casserole, pumpkin pie, mash pototoes, pumpkin seeds, and enjoying hot apple cider to top off the night!   I can't want for thanksgiving day to get here.

Hunting in McCall

We had an awesome time hunting in McCall last saturday. It was our first time to go hunting this year!  Hunting in idaho means lots of hiking. But at least you get to get excerise and food at the same time! =)

My 25th Birthday!

I had an awesome birthday! Thanks to my wonderful husband and awesome family. I can't believe that i am 25 already. Time does fly.

We were excited that we went to the BSU and Toledo game. I felt bad for Toledo since one of their players got tooken off the field with a sprain neck and concussion,but BSU and that made me a happy girl! 57-14

My Passion

I made Dutch Apple Baby for breakfest one morning!  it turned out good.

My new passion is cooking! I love it and trying new things. I am glad Rusty will eat, because I am having fun coming up with new things.   This is my favorite food!

September 2010

I ran in a Woman's 5K race on the 25th and i ran the whole way. It was a good exercise for me! I am working on doing a half triathlon next summer!

 

We have been married for 5 months and we are loving married life.

The Livingroom as of June but more updated picture to come.

Rusty and I have a townhouse in Boise,Idaho. It's the perfect size for us and we love it! Right now we are fixxing up the place, i really enjoy decorating it. We are painting some walls in the house.I already bought thanksgiving decorations because i am excited to decorate the house already! yea, for fall.

Labor Day Weekend

Rusty and I drove to Montana to see the rest of family. I got to meet some that I didn't know, so it will felt good for me to go! I love all of them too.

A lot of Montana's scenery was really pretty. I enjoyed everything from my first cattle drive on the road to the old broken down buildings and the food! Amazing!!

The beginning of old faithful

Rusty took me through Yellowstone and we saw the Old Faithful! It's very interesting to see and I am glad I got to see it. We will have to go back to see more, we didn't have enough time to see all.

We also drove to Craters of the Moon on the way home and walked for 3 hours around the whole place. Its amazing how lava covered 50,000 acres or more.

We climbed down into the cave ( lava tunnel). It was pretty awesome, I enjoyed climbing over rocks and going through tight spots.   One older couple thought they couldn't get out but Rusty and I helped them. Pretty fun trying to find our way out.
